We do not subscribe to the superficial approach to cost management where American companies sell engineering work to be performed by cheap, off-shore labor.  While we understand the lure of the short dollar, we believe this practice is not effective, has an immediate negative impact on America's economy, and weakens America's long-term competitiveness.

We furthermore believe this practice diminishes America's ability to innovate, since valuable intellectual capital and knowledge are transferred to global competitors.  This has a long-term and lasting negative impact on America's ability to compete in the future, creating problems for America's future generations - our children and grandchildren.
